This new video from the DSCC lists all the ways George Bush has made America less safe.  Not enough money for law enforcement to not enough money for container inspection to too many illegal immigrants.  It's an ad designed to scare the electorate into voting for Democrats.

 But Ted Kennedy, in this Hartford Courant op-ed, cautions against the Republican use of fear "to cling to power."

Democrats:  We're actually for scaring voters before we were against it.
